Design a Fashion Collection for a Target Customer
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is good for beginners with a strong interest in fashion design as well as those with some experience. If you are planning to set up a fashion business or developing your own label, this course is would set you on the right track and get you started. The class numbers will be small, and you will receive lots of 1 to 1 time with the tutor.

At the end of the course you will have a line-up of your collection with colour and fabric suggestions suitable for your target customer.
HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO I ALREADY NEED?
This course is for beginners, so no experience necessary but you should have a strong interest in fashion design and a commitment to carrying out each stage of the process to get the best out of the course.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Most materials are provided but should bring an A3 Sketchbook and an A4 Layout pad and some marker pens. You will be required to bring along some sources of visual research to base your project on – more info on this will be sent out before the class.
WHAT COURSE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND AFTER THIS ONE?
To produce technical drawings for the collection you may want to follow up this course with our Technical Drawing for Fashion Intermediate course or you may be interested in a Fashion Business course to develop a business plan.
