Penny Gun

An intuitive, versatile designer and tutor with strong visual skills, Penny has an affinity for drawing and understanding the human figure in fashion. She is motivated to enthuse others to fulfil their potential and encourages students to effectively communicate their ideas visually.

Having trained in Fashion and Textiles Penny has worked in the fashion industry winning several awards. She has a broad knowledge and design skills base due to a background in fashion, textile and product design, teaching, computer aided design and picture research. Penny spent six years at BBC Future Media working on visuals for websites. She has an interest in creating original craft products in fabric and thread and has produced commercial textile prints and craft kit products.
