This workshop covers how to become a photographic or magazine stylist. It covers inspiration, image and trends and all the preparation and procedures towards the creation of the final production.

Introduction to Fashion Styling

Learn how to become a photographic/magazine stylist. The course will be run by SIOUXSIE who is a freelance fashion stylist, working in London, whose passion and flair for all things creative has led her to become a highly respected figure in the fashion/music industries.
The course will cover Inspiration and Image and Trend sourcing – Magazines, Books, Modern, Contemporary Art, Fashion Archives, Vintage and free sources. How to create mood boards to industry standards and execute your ideas onto paper and allow your creative visions to come to life. How to source Clothing, Props, Accessories, Jewellery. The Creative team – Photographer, Hair and Makeup Artist. Pitching the mood board to the Photographer / and magazines for commission. Finding the right models and location. Preparation of the designer list - Who are you going to contact to get your clothing? Step by step photo shoot process.
